  squamous cell carcinoma of right tonsil
Imaging
  PET-CT scan (after tonsillectomy) showed no tumor at primary site, two positive right level II nodes, 1.5 cm apiece, and two right level III nodes, one measuring 1.2 cm and one measuring 1 cm
Pathology
  Tonsillectomy specimen showed invasive poorly differentiated nonkeratinizing squamous cell carcinoma, arising in a background of extensive squamous cell carcinoma in situ, p16-positive. Carcinoma in situ and invasive tumor extended full breadth of the specimen.
