  PreOp PET: midline lower lip 1.2cm, 2 nodes+ R level 1A/submental, L node + level 1, b/l parotid nodes?
Pathology
  3.5 x 2.0 x 1.8 cm Invasive moderate to poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, Depth of invasion: 1.8 cm, extending into skeletal muscle, Perineural invasion involving large caliber nerves, Angiolymphatic invasion: Not identified, 3/71 nodes
Overall Oncology Management Plan
Surgery (biopsy)
  3/11/24 Excision malignant skin lesion of face over 4 cm, Left parotidectomy with nerve preservation, Bilateral modified radical neck dissection, flap reconstruction for central lower lip/skin graft for intraoral gingivolabial sulcus reconstruction. 3 wks later: small wound dehiscence and fluid collection during suture removal. After conservative management with packing the intraoral FTSG was found to be devitalized with fistula formation.
