2 endometrial adenocarcinoma with extensive squamous differentiation s/p RA-TLH BSO on 7/21/2022 with pT2 (53% MMI, cervical stromal invasion present) N1a (0/3 right but 3/3 left pelvic LN+, no ENE), with negative margins, no LVI. Incidentally also with serous cystadenoma of the ovary. The patient had undissected para-aortic nodes on preop PET CT that were likely involved as well. She received 6 cycles of carbo/taxol completed 1/19/2023.
