cancer presenting with axillary and supraclavicular adenopathy, cT2N3cM0, Stage IIIC, s/p neoadjuvant TCHP x 6 cycles, s/p mastectomy on 8/7/2020 showing residual 2mm DCIS and no invasive disease, ypT1 ypN0 (0/3 SLN) disease. Radiotherapy to the right chest wall and regional lymphatics completed on 11/11/2020. March 2022 PET/CT showed uptake in right supraclavicular, pectoralis, and axillary lymph nodes with right neck level 5 lymph node biopsy positive for breast cancer metastasis. Enhertu 05/17/2022 – 07/19/2022. August 2022 PET/CT showed complete response. October 2022 right axillary lymph node dissection showed no disease in 6 lymph nodes.
