New members are mentored in our professional value system, which emphasizes excellent patient care, leadership skills in running departments, collegial relations with referring physicians and hospital staff, and group camaraderie.

Opportunity: We are currently recruiting for our Northern circuit, staffing a rural facility approximately one hour north of Green Bay.  The community is building a brand new hospital with state of the art radiation facility. All departments are equipped with Varian TruBeam accelerators and wide bore CT simulator and they actively enroll patients in cooperative group clinical trials.

Green Bay is most notably the home of the Packers. Green Bay and the Fox Valley is primarily a manufacturing area with a thriving economy with a population approaching 1 million. The area was listed as one of the most “financially fit” metropolitan areas in the US among similar sized communities. The public school systems are rated highly, and achieve test scores that regularly outperform the national averages. The area is rich in natural resources with opportunities for all types of outdoor activities. But in the fall, you’d best be prepared to wear green and gold.
